Record sales in seconds

Log a sale while the customer is still at the counter. Choose the product, the quantity and how the customer paid, whether cash, transfer, or part now and the rest later.

  • Cash, transfer and part payments
  • Linked to products so stock stays accurate
  • Works on phone or browser

Every expense, categorised

Record operating expenses such as transport, rent, power, generator fuel and staff costs in their categories. Record purchases separately so you can distinguish goods bought for resale from the costs of running the business.

Revenue and profit by period

Switch between today, this week, this month or another period to see total revenue, total expenses and the profit left after costs. Comparing periods shows whether changes you make are working.

Numbers you can show someone

When a partner, family member or lender asks how the business is doing, you have organised records and reports to show instead of a rough guess.

Common questions

What is the difference between revenue and profit?
Revenue is the total money from sales. Profit is what remains after you take away what you spent to run the business. ProfitNaija shows both.
Can I record a sale where the customer has not paid in full?
Yes. Part payments and credit sales can be recorded, and the balance shows up as money the customer owes. See invoices and customer debts.
Can I look at past months?
Yes. Your records are kept by date, so reports can be viewed for earlier periods.
